Would you like to meet for a single private lesson? Or perhaps you want to see if the lesson format suits you before purchasing a larger class pack? Do you feel like warming up before a foreign trip or practising your language skills before a business meeting? Find out how we can help you.
It is up to you to determine what we will discuss during the consultation. Below you will find a list of some examples of the areas that can be covered during the meeting.
- We can carry out a simulation of a job interview in your target language. At least one week before the meeting, we will ask you to send a description of the position you are applying for and your CV, so that the simulation can be as accurate as possible. At the end, we will discuss what you can tweak from a linguistic and HR points of view. You will also get presentation tips.
- We can verify your language level. During such a consultation you will receive comprehensive feedback on your language skills: vocabulary, scope of your active grammar structures, pronunciation and comprehension skills.
- We can teach a class on a specified topic. It can be a topic-based conversation, a specialised lesson or training in a particular grammatical structure.
- We can conduct a class on the phonetics of your target language. If you struggle with the German r, English th or Spanish ll, during such a meeting we can focus on one selected issue and practise it. English pronunciation workshops are available in both British and American English.
- We can answer your questions and resolve any doubts that come up during your self-study.
- We can listen to and evaluate your business presentation in a foreign language in terms of both persuasive devices and linguistic accuracy.
- We can brush up on your second language before you travel abroad. We will help you refresh essential conversational phrases necessary to get by in a foreign country.
- We can design a self-study plan tailored to your needs and adapted to your specific goals. Not sure what your goals are? We can help you define them in accordance with the SMART approach.

What does a consultation process look like?
- Send an enquiry to alicja@algo.co.pl specifying the language you want to have a consultation in, your expectations and the reason for the consultation as well as your availability for the meeting.
- Wait for an e-mail. in response, I outline the options we have for you. I also select the best expert from my ALGO team to carry out the consultation with you. We schedule a date and plan the meeting.
- Pay for the consultation.
- Meet with the ALGO Language Guide.
- Receive an email with a recap of your consultation.
