GDPR consent
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of

● Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in order to provide language services in accordance with the contract.
● The recipients of your personal data will be the parties contracted to carry out the subject of the contract.
● Your personal data will be kept for one year after the completion of the subject of the contract.
● Your obligation to provide personal data directly concerning you is a requirement in respect to the conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of services.
● Decisions will not be made by automated means with regard to your personal data, in application of Article 22 of the GDPR;
You have:- pursuant to Article 15 GDPR the right of access to personal data concerning you;
- pursuant to Article 16 GDPR the right to rectify your personal data;
- pursuant to Article 18 GDPR the right to request the administrator to restrict the processing
- of your personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2) GDPR;
- the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you
- consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the
- GDPR,
- the right to have your personal data removed.
